ROCK LOBSTER
43.5282° S, 146.9974° E
It wasn’t a rock, it was a rock lobster.
Painted from a dream I once had, of a spontaneous trip in a little red trawler boat. Just me an & an old salty fisherman, idling through rocky reefs. Age old tales were spun of the deep sea in unison to ropes hauling, knotting, twisting, and if you could keep up, all the while you were being shown the secret ways of hunting the bold antennaed crustacean of the mythical Actaeon Island.
